FREE UK DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OF £30+
DELIVERY
‌Delivery takes 2-3 working days
All orders are sent using a Tracked Delivery Service and are delivered Monday – Saturday (exc. Bank or Public Holidays)
Your delivery time frame will begin from the following working day if the order is placed after 2pm.
A signature is not currently required .
During promotional periods, your order may take a little longer to arrive.

UK Shipping
Orders over £30 (Standard 2-3 days working days) -Free Shipping
Orders less than £30 Standard Delivery (2-3 working days) – £4

CHRISTMAS POST
For UK Last order will be held 20th December
For International Last order will be held 14th December

REFUNDS
We always hope that you’re completely satisfied with your order, but if for some reason you’re not, we’re happy to review the case.
If you think these are faulty or damaged then please email us straight away to hello@hackneywick.co and we will either resend the products or issue a refund or send a voucher for in 6 months of usage via email. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Unfortunately, once the products have been used, we are unable to make a refund unless the product is faulty.
If you have made an order and want to cancel it, send us an email with a brief note to.

Once your return has been processed, your refund/ exchange/ voucher will be processed within 14 working days. We will notify you via email once this has been processed.
